At Shakur Boost, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make the return and refund process as simple and transparent as possible.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or incorrect installation are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our support team at support@shakurboost.store with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back to our warehouse.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the processing period, please double-check your bank account, then contact your payment provider. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at support@shakurboost.store for further assistance.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, contact us at support@shakurboost.store, and we’ll help you through the exchange process.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale or non-returnable. These include items purchased during clearance sales or promotional events, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Be sure to include clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@shakurboost.store. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
